Be sure to view and participate in the exercise videos Mr. O & Mr. B post every Monday- Thursday!!!

Go for a walk or bike ride with a family member! (make sure to drink plenty of water)

Set up an obstacle course inside or outside and try to complete it using balancing, hoping, jumping and more skills.

Spell your first and last name using the exercise alphabet! (try and eat a veggie or fruit today)

Help your family with some daily chores! Some examples could be vacuuming, raking leaves, cleaning, gardening, and taking the garbage out.

Try to remember the cues for a skill you learned in class and perform the skill using all of them! (eat a healthy snack today)
